David is a commercial real estate appraiser, in practice for over 30 years. He served as a County Commissioner, overseeing the Lenawee County airport expansion as well as numerous other public projects. His background includes finance, development, construction and valuation. Abraham is a Designated member of the Appraisal Institute, holding the MAI and SRA designations. He is a member of the Colliers Hotel Valuation Specialty Group and is also experienced in the valuation of easements, takings and partial interests. He has served as an expert witness in a variety of valuation cases, and is regularly retained for his expertise in performing market studies, loss in value determinations and feasibility analyses. Other specialty areas include condemnation, tax appeal and leasehold interests.
